Tasting Menu: NTD 3,500 /person (including free flow mineral or sparkling water)
Alcohol Pairing: 5 kind at NTD 1,500 /person.
Tea Pairing: 5 Glasses at NTD 1,500 /person.
Rice upgrade: rice upgrade at NTD 700 /person and order must made in groups, The contents will change depending on the purchasing situation. Whether or not to upgrade, check at the time of the reconfirmation.
10% service charge will be added to the bill.
Vegetarian and children meal are unavailable at Sho.
Please inform us of any food and drink allergies or special dietary requirements upon reservation are made. We are unable to make changes of food/drink ingredients on day.

Starting from 11/28 (Tuesday), online reservations will be open within 30 days (including public holidays) (for example: 15:00 pm on 11/29 will be open to reservations within 30 days before 12/29, and so on).

Special reservations for December, reservations will be open from 15:00 pm on 11/28 (Tuesday) to all dates before 12/28.
All reservation is not accepted through Phone call, Email, Facebook or Instagram.

Table will be held for 15 minutes from your booking time.
We cater adult and children under age of 16 will not be accepted.
Reservation must be guaranteed by a credit card. When the reservation success, you need to get the reference number and reservation email. However, your card will not be charged while booking.
Please double confirm your preferred booking date, number of guests, time, and special dietary requirements before paying the deposit.

Minimum charged at NTD 40,000 is required for reserving a private room, the service charge is not including. (max. 8 person; suggested 6 - 8 person)
The expected dining duration is approx. 3 hour

All self bring-in bottle of wine, sake will be charged at NTD 1,000/bottle (750ml), 2,000/bottle (1.5L), 4,000/bottle (3L)
Liquor will be charged at NTD 1,500/bottle

Reservation can be changed or cancelled at least 3 business days(the deadline will be 22 o’clock) prior to the reservation date via booking system or email. No penalty or any charges will be applied. (Sho is closed on Monday &Tuesday which is not counted as working days.)
Reservation cancelled or changed fee will be charged 50% of NTD 3,500 /person in 2 business days prior to the reservation date, 80% of NTD 3,500 /person in 1 business days prior to the reservation date from your credit card guaranteed.
Full payment at NTD 3,500 /person will be charged from your credit card guaranteed if there is any on day cancellation, no-shows, change the party of people or late arrival (last order 18:45)

Sho is a public space. For a quality dinning experience, please follow the rules below:
Please avoid loud conversations across the tables.
Please avoid walking around and toasting.
Please put your phone on silent mode. If you need to make a call, please walk over to the entrance.
Split payment is not allowed for more than six pax.
Sho provide tasting menu only, we reserve the right to change menu due to seasonal productions and ingredients supply.
Particular seats can’t be requested. Sho will arrange the seats, depends on the number of guests in order to provide the smoother service.
All dishes are unavailable to take out due to the food safety.
Flash photography is not allowed in restaurant in order to maintain a good dining experience for all our guests
Live board casting is not allowed in restaurant in order to maintain a good dining experience for all our guest
No outside food and drink allowed (Birthday cake included).
If you need birthday cake , please contact us before a week, we will charge extra fee of the birthday cake.
No pets allowed (except guide dog for special needs).

We reserve the right to cancel or change your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, extreme weather conditions or accidents.
Please let us know your beverage pairing selection (Alcohol or non alcohol) under the comment box while booking.
The reservation person can’t transfer the reservation to another person.
